Jacob, Intern, Director of WiroArt Exhibition Partnerships,
Hello all! I am Jacob Irving, Director of WiroArt Exhibition Partnerships, and I’m originally from Raleigh, NC. I am an aspiring artist, photographer, and urban planner. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in City Planning with a focus on Actionable Sustainability at Boston University. I received my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Environmental Science at North Carolina Central University.
As the Director of WiroArt Exhibition Partnerships, I help establish partnerships with local brick-and-mortar businesses like cafe, restaurants, hotels, and more. It is the company’s goal to support and empower small artists and local businesses in the Greater Boston area.
The Vision of the WiroArt Exhibition Partnership
By introducing the WiroArt Exhibition Partnership program, we are confident that our community will experience a remarkable increase in engagement and connectivity with small artists, all while enhancing their overall experience within brick-and-mortar businesses.
Through this program, we aim to create a dynamic ecosystem where art becomes an integral part of people's lives. By transforming vacant walls into captivating galleries, we offer an immersive and visually stimulating environment that sparks curiosity and fosters a deeper appreciation for art. Customers visiting partner establishments will have the opportunity to discover and engage with the artwork showcased on the WiroArt Canvas, creating a unique and enriching experience.
This initiative not only brings art closer to the community but also establishes a direct connection between art enthusiasts and emerging artists. By providing a platform that showcases small artists' work and facilitates direct sales, we empower individuals to support and engage with talented creatives in a meaningful way. Customers will have the chance to learn about the artists, their inspirations, and the stories behind each artwork, fostering a stronger sense of connection and appreciation.
In summary, the WiroArt Exhibition Partnership program not only connects the community with small artists but also enhances the overall space and engagement within brick-and-mortar businesses. It promotes artistic appreciation, fosters meaningful connections, and creates a vibrant environment that enriches the lives of both art enthusiasts and business patrons.
