Below this the terms of agreement for artists that applicants should agree upon while completing the application form.

The artwork submitted in this form is solely the original creation of the applicant. It is not a replicated artwork of another artists nor a direct copy of an existing artwork.

WiroArt does not own the copyrights of the artist's work in any form. The artist retains all the rights to their artwork.

By visiting the "Feature Your Art" page on WiroArt.com, you have familiarized yourself with all the details regarding the process of showcasing your artwork through WiroArt.

WiroArt may utilize the contents and information provided in this form to create artist pages, product pages, and other marketing materials on its platform, solely for the purpose of promoting the artist.

Once an applicant is accepted, their artwork will be showcased on the WiroArt online gallery. WiroArt will then proceed to manufacture the 50 limited WiroArt Canvas™ featuring their artwork. From that point onwards, the artwork will be available for purchase on the WiroArt online gallery at wiroart.com until the WiroArt Canvas is sold out. Please note that artists cannot discontinue the feature of their art on the platform once the process has begun as the company risks all the manufacturing costs. WiroArt retains full control over the stock, sales, and management of WiroArt Canvas and other featuring products.
