Artwork Pages: Artists may upload images of artwork, titles, descriptions, selling options, and transfer ownership history. Users can comment and react on public artwork pages.
Social Feed Posts: Users can post text or images and sync public artworks from the WiroArt artwork database with their posts.
Messages: Users can send and receive direct messages (DMs) like on other professional social platforms.
Connections: Users can follow or connect with other users, similar to LinkedIn's 1st/2nd/3rd-degree network.
b. Automatically Collected Information
We may collect device and usage data such as:
- Device type and OS
- IP address
- App usage data
This data is used for analytics, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and operate the WiroArt platform
- Customize your user experience
- Facilitate connections and interactions between users
- Display public profiles and artworks on search, discover, and feed pages
- Promote artists through features like "Today's Artist" and "Today's Artwork"
- Generate QR codes for artworks to be used in physical exhibitions
- Communicate with you (e.g., customer support, updates)
- Promote the platform and the artists using selected public artwork in WiroArt marketing material, such as posters and advertisements
Publicly Visible Content
Any information you share publicly—such as your profile, artwork pages, experience details, and public posts—can be viewed by other users and may be indexed by search engines. Artworks published on WiroArt may appear in:
- Search results
- Discover page
- QR code web previews
- Official promotional content for WiroArt
Ownership history and artwork metadata are also visible on public artwork pages.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:
- Service Providers who help operate and maintain the platform
- Legal Authorities when required to comply with laws or protect our rights
- Marketing Partners only for promoting artists and the platform using public artwork content
Your Rights and Choices
You have control over your data:
- You can update or delete your account and profile information
- You can remove public artwork or experience entries at any time. If the ownership of your artwork is in another user, the original artist who published the artwork page cannot delete the artwork page without the permission of the current owner of the artwork.
- You can opt out of marketing communications via email settings
Children's Privacy
WiroArt is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure storage, and access controls. However, no method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Users
If you are accessing the app outside of the United States, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S.
